Cohen debates the Ukraine situation with Andrew Weiss from the Carnegie Endowment, a leading US think tank. Weiss is a former White House and NSA staffer during the Bush and Clinton administrations.

In an American context, Weiss's position is seen as middle-of-the-road. Influential neo-con factions are far more hawkish on this issue.
